FAQ
What does a session involve?
A session focuses on the head, neck, shoulders, and upper back to help release tension and promote relaxation. Sessions are non-medical and designed purely for comfort and calm.
How do you ensure sessions are professional and safe?
All sessions follow Our Standards (The Ninja Code), which outlines how we work, our boundaries, and our consent-led approach. Sessions are fully clothed, seated, and focused on relaxation only. Preferences and no-touch zones are discussed in advance and respected at all times.
Are sessions fully clothed?
Yes. All sessions are fully clothed and carried out while seated.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions take place in your home or another agreed private space. We bring any required equipment.
How long is a session?
Standard sessions are 20 minutes, with longer durations available if selected during booking.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation is needed. We recommend a quiet space, a clean head and letting us know any preferences in advance via the booking form.
What areas are touched?
Only the head, neck, shoulders, and upper back. No other areas are touched under any circumstances.
Can I ask to stop or adjust the session?
Yes. You can request changes to pressure, technique, or stop the session at any time. Consent is ongoing and client-led.
Is this a massage or medical treatment?
No. Headrub Ninja provides a relaxation-based service only and does not offer medical or therapeutic treatment.
Do you travel outside Ipswich & Surrounding Area?
Travel outside our usual area may be available by request and may include an additional fee.
How do I book?
You can request a session via the booking form on the website. Availability will be confirmed shortly after submission.
How do I pay?
Payment is made after your session by bank transfer (preferred). Cash is accepted if needed. Any extra fees will always be confirmed in advance.
Will my session be shared on social media?
No. Client privacy is respected at all times. Sessions are never shared publicly without explicit permission.
What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
We understand that plans can change.
We ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge due to the time and travel involved in providing a mobile service.
Full details can be found in our Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
