Cancellation & No-Show Policy

This policy exists to respect both our clients’ time and the nature of a mobile, in-home service.

By booking a session with Headrub Ninja, you agree to the following terms.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

  • Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

  • Cancellations made with sufficient notice will not be charged.

  • Rescheduling is always preferred where possible.

Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session time may be subject to a partial charge.

  • Any charge will be fair and proportionate, taking into account time and travel.

No-Shows

  • If a session is confirmed and we arrive but are unable to proceed because the client is unavailable, this will be treated as a no-show.

  • No-shows may be charged up to the full session price, depending on circumstances.

Unexpected Situations

We recognise that genuine emergencies happen.
If something unexpected arises, please contact us as soon as possible — we always aim to be reasonable and understanding.

Our Commitment

  • If we ever need to cancel or reschedule a session from our side, you will be informed as early as possible.

  • In these cases, no charge will apply.
